Our company will remain operational with enhanced health precautions and new procedures.
divIdair takes concerns about COVID-19 very seriously. Our number one priority is the safety of all clients and staff. We have been proactive in educating our staff in reference to healthy protective measures and will expend every effort to continue to do our part in the protection of public health and follow appropriate guidance as necessary from the CDC and NC government authorities.
We have implemented the following processes, procedures, and policies to mitigate the risks of infection within our community of clients and staff.
For the time being, divIdair will not be able to service clients with the following conditions:
To reduce the risk of infectious disease transmission on premises and our aircrafts, we have implemented the following procedures to mitigate the risk to clients and staff.
Combined with a risk-assessment questionnaire developed by our team, temperature checks are an essential way that we can help prevent the spread of COVID-19.
Upon arrival to the airport and/or any activities at the airport, it is recommended social distancing be practiced where possible. The divIdair staff will complete enhanced routine cleaning on a daily basis. Please follow good general etiquette for a more hygienic environment as found below:
